Head of EPC Division

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate company strengths and weaknesses and propose procedures, enquire talent and technology in order to strengthen company capabilities in EPC market.
• Establish Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Subcontracting strategy required for EPC project execution.
• Ensure that all EPC projects in portfolio are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Manage and co-ordinate the activities with regards to Contract
• Estimating, Cost Control and Change Order Administration and Review.
• Identify opportunities for growth towards EPC business and develop stakeholder relationships.
• Identify, evaluate risks and Implement risk mitigation measures associated with EPC projects.
• Ensure that relevant HSE requirements are satisfied within the activities, whether these requirements are defined by legislation, DDW regulations, contract, or project
• plans.
• Form a project management team, verify, and agree selected key personnel for administrative and technical jobs and delegate authority in EPC project execution.
• Build partnerships with engineering companies and run EPC projects in a Joint Venture set up.
• Develop marketing strategy and actively participate in marketing efforts in order to support CEO in positioning company as EPC solution provider in FPSO, other Oil & Gas floater and renewable segment..
