I am partnered with a scaling Fintech looking for a new Head of Engineering to help take the product at the platform to the next growth stage.
I am looking to speak with people who come from a Digital Banking background and have experience working in a Start-up environment.
This role will entail growing the existing team of 30-plus engineers across a stack of Java X React X React Native X AWS - this is not a hands-on role, but an understanding and knowledge of the tech would be hugely beneficial.
