Overseeing the nationalisation initiatives for Mace in the UAE through establishing systems and processes at all stages of the employment lifecycle.

Maintaining knowledge of government guidelines for nationalisation and advising the Mace stakeholders accordingly.

Being the Mace ambassador at universities, career fairs, and networking channels.

Investigating support programmes and support talent acquisitions and the business unit director on recruitment and induction.

Maintaining reports on nationalisation targets and recommending measures and action plans to attract nationals and meet quota requirements.

Acting as a formal point of contact for nationals.
