Head of Digital Engagement

• Designing and refining engagement strategies to attract new customers through digital platforms.
• Crafting digital onboarding blueprints and cross-selling tactics for various offerings.
• Formulating and implementing retention plans to reduce customer churn and devise strategies to cultivate loyalty among high-value customers.
• Enhancing and refining multi-channel communication across various platforms to standardize customer experience.
• Ensuring optimal utilization of new digital systems, features, and processes by orchestrating cohesive communication, educational, and marketing strategies, collaborating with pertinent stakeholders for effective delivery.
• Fostering the development of customer analytics and insights reporting by monitoring all customer engagements, enhancing the customer experience, and designing forthcoming customer journeys. Drive analytics delivery at campaign, overall KPI impact, and customer 360 levels.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role designing and launching digital platforms.
• Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects.
• Project Management (Agile, Scrum, Other Methodologies).
