Requirements for the Head Of Account Management:
- Possess over 7 years of experience in Sales & Account Management.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Business Management with a master's degree considered a plus.
- Proven track record in managing key accounts successfully.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
- Possess a network of connections within government clients, which is advantageous.
- Flexibility to travel across the entire country to meet with accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships, resulting in increased revenue growth.
- Saudi Nationality required.
- Strong team player.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Efficient problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
