Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct thorough analysis and profiling of HCM data to identify discrepancies, anomalies, and data quality issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand HCM data migration requirements and validate data accuracy against established standards.
Work closely with ERP consultants, data migration specialists, and HR business analysts to map HCM data from source to target systems.
Ensure proper data transformation, cleansing, and enrichment to meet the requirements of the new ERP system.
Participate in building the data quality controls specific to the HCM data migration project.
Execute data validation procedures to ensure that migrated HCM data meets pre-defined quality standards.
