Hair Care Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall Sales target delivery for regional Hair Care business or/and annually JBP for distributor/ top retailers/Banners
• Responsible for the regional distributor's hyper/super market retail sales target delivery and superior Sales Fundamentals (Distribution, Merchandising, Pricing and Shelf)
• Improves in store First Moment of Truth execution
• Improves mini/Middle event execution efficiency
• Support for Key Consumption Period promotion efficiency
• Responsible for the regional indirect distribution coverage expansion and/ or small box business in store promotion execution and new emerging business development depends on Key focus distributor’s business needs!
• Responsible for Hair Care Category or Brand regional plan and JVC project, including regional business landscape analysis/action plan prepare/execution/monthly review etc, and enable category knowledge to distributor sales team for capability building.
  

Requirements

• College's degree or above
• At least 2 years customer sell-in experience
• Strong ownership to lead category growth
• Good business analysis and communication skill
• Strong Learning and Resilience ability
