Guest Service Representative

The pivotal role of the Guest Service Representative involves being able to satisfy the desires of customers and exhibition visitors and working to provide a purchasing experience for highquality products and services. We are looking for sellers who have a rich and solid cultural reference in buying and selling methods who have enthusiasm energy and the ability to serve customers effectively.

Guest Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Meet customer satisfaction efficiency metrics and issue resolution targets exceeding customer expectations building customer loyalty and taking advantage of sales opportunities when appropriate.

• Service customers seeking assistance with preorder inquiries such as product information marketing campaigns and identify leads to upsell by utilizing our online customer service platform.
