Marketing Assistant Job Scopes:
- To ensure marketing collaterals such as product leaflets, packages pricelists, promotional leaflets/brochures and POPs are updated for print/reprint and available at all customer touchpoints such as showroom and dealers shops.
- To maintain and update all online platforms such as companys websites, e-stores on Lazada and Shopee with latest product models, updated product information and stock status.
- To list new products, new bundle packages and sales promotions on all online platforms such as companys websites, e-stores on Lazada and Shopee.
- To source for suitable corporate/consumer gifts for sales promotions.
- To coordinate with external vendors for smooth execution and delivery of marketing and branding activities.
- Issue Sales Order and Delivery Order
- Liaise with Forwarder
- Warehouse check stocks for delivery
- To Assist local / Export Shipment status
