Job Description

- Assisting customers whenever necessary, address guests’ requests and complaints, and provide overall upscale guest service experiences for customers
- Collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth execution of events
- Analysing customer feedback from restaurant guestbook and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings
- Recording the loyal customer data
- Other tasks as assigned by management
