EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred, but not required
- Proficiency in Excel and strong computer skills are considered a must for this role
- Knowledge of SAGE is a plus
- Minimum 2-3 years related working experience
- Experience in clerical or accountancy
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter All Gucci Invoices
- Process checks payments
- Bank Reconciliation
- Receiving of purchased Supplies
- Gucci Sales Audit
- Enter Daily Sales
- Shopping Bag Inventory Report
- Uniforms (Quarterly Count)
- FAS
- Office Petty Cash Count
- Cash Position
- Replenishment of supplies to stores
- Cash Flow Expense / Income Classification
- Maintain Vendor file & Permanent File
- ACH / Wire transfer & Online wires
- Ad hoc
- Additional:
- Cash Position input to Tesoreria
- Cash flow worksheet and input to Tesoreria
- A/C, Lights & Duratrans Maintenance
- Monthly Store P&L
