Bachelor's degree in architecture, urban planning, or any related field.
Strong design skills and the ability to create and analyze building and urban area plans.
Ability to use specialized architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and others.
Knowledge of local and international architectural and planning regulations and laws.
Good communication skills and the ability to deal with work teams, customers and relevant parties.
