Developing, implementing, and operating the internal policies connecting finance and other functions across the company in order to increase. efficiency and identify either areas of risk or new opportunities
· Draft new policies and promote them across the organization; provide training and awareness to employees to ensure a strong understanding of compliance and the importance of adherence to policies; track behaviors and compliancy towards those policies
· Lead the internal and external audits, striving for sharing information more effectively during those periods and in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulatory requirements
