Job Description

- Advises the executive management on legal and governance related matters and leads the delivery of required legal studies/consultancies.
- Ensures proactive and effective legal support for litigations and corporate law in Saudi Arabia to protect iot squared best interest.
- Leads the investigation of frauds, violations, and objections from operators and authorizes violation submission to the regulator in order to guarantee iot squared rights.
- Ensures legal agreements through procurement, HR, IT, and other functions comply with local laws and regulations.
- Reviews and approves all contractual agreements before being signed by iot squared stakeholders and other parties.
