1. Conceptualize and Design: Develop and produce visual solutions consistent with company values and objectives.
2. Branding: Uphold and amplify company brand image, ensuring all outputs adhere to brand guidelines.
3. Collaborate: Engage with the communication, education, and conservation teams to bring forth integrated and innovative designs.
4. Stay Updated: Remain vigilant of design trends ensuring our content remains fresh and relevant.
5. Feedback Incorporation: Efficiently refine designs based on stakeholder feedback, aligning with our overarching objectives.
6. Tools Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in design software, notably Adobe Creative Suite.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 0-4 years of design experience.
- Comprehensive portfolio demonstrating versatility in design.
- Mastery of graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and design skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and adherence to deadlines.
Additional Skills:
- Depth of knowledge in video editing, including sound design, color correction, and basic animation, video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles would be a plus.
- Experience or interest in field photography or videography, is beneficial.
Full Time
