Job Description :

The ideal candidate has experience in creating various digital and print assets across multiple channels. He/She is passionate about design, building a brand, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a positive, roll-up-your-sleeves, and get-it-done attitude.

Responsibilities :

• Design page layouts and templates
• Produce design assets for use in social media and marketing channels
• Develop and maintain consistent branding
• Collaborate with marketing, developers, and other teams
• Work with other creative team members to produce content.
• Create guidelines for how logos and other branding materials should be displayed and used.
• Help make design choices (e.g., fonts and colors) for all content your company will use.
• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
• Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
• Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
• Communicating with sales & marketing team about layout and design.
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Qualification :
1. At least 4 years of web design and graphic design experience
2. Experience utilising Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Canva, video editing and email layout software
3. Understand page conversion optimization and how design can guide a website visitor to submit a lead
