WHAT YOU GET

£25,000 starting base salary as an entry level Consultant.

Contractually guaranteed promotion to Senior Consultant upon achieving £100k in revenue in any two calendar quarter period.

Stepped quarterly commission ranging up to 50% (above £100k of revenue). You should expect to earn commission from the second full quarter onwards at the latest. The highest quarterly commission payment so far in 2023 is £56,500 – please be aware you will not earn this in the early part of your career, but you are in a small focused company with people earning that around you.

High amount of both formal training and on-desk live training from experienced and very successful recruiters and trainers.
