- Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with courses taken in Building Mechanical Engineering related subjects from an accredited University.
- Eligible candidates are those graduating in 2023 or 2024 , with completion of their degree no later than September 2024 .
- Successful applicants must have a minimum 3.2 GPA or 2:1 (or equivalent) and above.
- If you hold a master’s degree, you must have started it within 12 months of completing the bachelor’s degree in order to have continuous education.
- Basic working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Excel, Word and power point.
- Preference will be given to candidates with basic knowledge of HAP/IES cooling load calculations software, as well as experience in HVAC & Piping System Design . Kindly highlight these skills in your CV for prioritized consideration if applicable.
- Team player willing to adapt, collaborate and integrate within the team.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
- Should be able to apply critical and analytical skills in problem solving.
