• Implement AML policy and ensure background check on accounts/ clients
• Maintain documentation of all activities and communications
• Maintain a registry for clients, licenses, reports, employees, insurance companies, and risk management
• Regularly review validity of employee documents
• Reports risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies to management
