Job Summary

Provides assistance on planning and performance management (P&PM) analytical activities under the close supervision of higher level P&PM staff and supervisors of his organization.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible under the general direction of the head of the P&PM organization or designee for providing analytical support.
• Support includes datagathering updating databases data interpretation report creation executing process changes and generating basic analytical findings and recommendations.
• May receive close supervision and guidance for tasks.
• Provides support to other P&PM analysts in developing analytical findings and recommendations for various P&PM tasks such as business planning performance tracking measurement analysis and accountability reporting.
• Performs other related staff and analytical duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelors degree in business engineering or a related discipline.
• 3 years of related experience in analytical support.
• Internal analytical skills certification is required. This requirement may be waived if the individual possesses an equivalent professional certification a relevant graduate degree and/or has a significant demonstrable work record in the practice of planning and performance management.
• Knowledge of basic financial concepts.
• Intermediatelevel proficiency in Excel is required.
• Possession of an advanced business degree (e.g. MBA) and/or relevant professional certification (e.g. CMA CFA CPA) is preferred.
