Job Summary
Executive Development & Compensation (ED&C) reports directly to the President & CEO, and is responsible for matters pertaining to development & compensation for Corporate, Executive & General Management level employees. The infrastructure of ED&C is two-fold; normal intranet connectivity (aka This Company network) and isolated private network with zero connectivity. For the later, an entire domain is created with numerous servers, private workstations, virtual machines, NAS and other pertinent hardware as well as systems and software. The position specifically focuses on providing full management, support, and maintenance on this environment for business continuity. Oversee the organizations computer & database systems and maintain proper security.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full management, support, and maintenance for the isolated private network infrastructure of Executive Development & Compensation (ED&C) department.
- Ensure the functionality and security of the network, including servers, workstations, virtual machines, NAS, and other hardware and software systems.
- Oversee computer and database systems within the organization, ensuring proper security measures are in place.
- Manage and maintain business continuity in the isolated private network environment.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure connectivity and integration between the isolated network and the normal intranet connectivity (This Company network).
- Implement and enforce security protocols and measures to safeguard the isolated network from external threats.
- Provide technical expertise and support for ED&C staff in utilizing and troubleshooting the network infrastructure.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance the performance and security of the network infrastructure.
Requirements:
- This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
- 9+ years experience in Business Systems Analysis and/or Systems Engineering
- Bachelor degree at Business and Management, Engineering, Computer & Information Systems
- Experienced on handling Windows Servers: Active Directory, DNS, File & Storage, Sharepoint, SQL Server, Hyper-V Virtualizations, Microsoft WSUS, McAfee Enterprise Policy Orchestrator, NAS
- Mastered at Software: Inhouse developed .Net MVC web application, MS Office Suite, PowerBI
- Maintaining computer networks and systems, including software, servers, Hyper-V virtual machines, routers, and other hardware
- Installing and configuring network equipment to update or fix hardware or software issues
- Updating virus protection software to ensure data and communications security
- Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance
- Communicating networking issues to employees and management, especially during user training
- Fixing software and hardware configuration issues on-demand or through system inspections
- Data Science Analytics experience
- LMS (Learning Management System)
- PowerBI - Creating analytics for organizational improvement
- Hyper-V creation, recovery, and live migrations
- SuccessFactors/SAP
