YOUR TALENT:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.) or equivalent work experience
- Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) working with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
- Proven track record of leading successful Agile transformations within organizations
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles, values, and frameworks
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Experience with Agile project management tools and software
- Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are highly desirable
- This opportunity will be available in fulltime or parttime.
