Duties and responsibilities
- Manages day-to-day operations of a variety of office services to ensure that the Employer administrative needs are met efficiently reliably and economically.
- Activities may include maintenance services facilities management.
- Prepare information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations report.
- Support of Branch office Supply and purchasing.
- Management of Office Protocol – organization of internal meetings, preparation of MOM if needed.
- Management of Plantation Services.
- Management of Catering service for Office (Canteen);
