DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plans, directs and manages all activities related to the Company s Strategic and Business Planning.
• Ensures budgetary control and implementation of procedures to ensure the full satisfaction of clients.
• Carries out regular performance reviews and overall accountability of the Organization.
• Participates in all activities for QMS as required by MR
• Plans business development, employee welfare and skill development
• Supervise QMS awareness and implementation in the Company.
• Maintains relevant files and documentation as per QMS requirements.
• Improves the company s image with the goal of becoming the market leader.
• Motivates all employees to meet company objectives and to practice a high level of quality standard.
