Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop new customers through marketing efforts and retain them by ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Achieve high productivity and quality standards in delivery of services.
• Conceptualize, evolve and implement cost control strategies and procedures.
• Maintain close working relationships with all customers and Govt personnel -Customs.
• Co-ordinate all CFS operations and ensure efficient and harmonious team work with contractors and own staff.
• Develop high levels of employee motivation and engagement and maintain harmonious industrial relations.
• Ensure safe workplace activities and compliance with all applicable safety standards.
• Legal Compliance with all applicable laws/ acts/ notifications to CFS activities.
• To comply with all aspects of MICT’s Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Supply chain security management systems
