Job Description

- Manages daily operations of shipping department:
- Manages schedule, work quality and efficiency of fulfillment staff. (3-7 employees).
- Assigns tasks to consolidate and ensure quality of inventory.
- Works with Inventory Specialist to maintain shipping supply inventory.
- Works alongside team to unload specialized deliveries.
- Be the manager and conduit for driver communication and route scheduling.
- Utilize and maintain transportation software (DD2/Samsara) to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Occasional driving will be required along with a clean driving record.
- Promotes a culture of safety and well-being.
- Assists in establishing documented department processes and procedures.
