Freight Commercial Center Manager

Responsibilities:
• Lead OFR pricing activities and ensure pricing activity for all ocean freight related sub-products is done efficiently and competitively for the region overall
• OFR Gatekeeper Function for Country Led Bids and Global RFQs
• fully owns the Pricing section of the Bid phase and is involved in the Pre-bid and Post-bid responsibilities
• Regional Bid Sanity Checks and Risk Taking approach in cooperation with key OFR functions on Global and Regional level
• Guide region on pricing and RFQ activities and monitor timely and accurate updating of local tariffs
• Ensure the development and implementation of prices for various ocean freight customers and products
• facilitate and support pricing related automation and process improvement projects on Global and Regional level
• Oversee RFQ development and clearly communicate guidelines for development of RFQs, particularly for high priority RFQs provide detailed guidance and for critical RFQs conduct launch calls
• govern and guide the CTOCC teams on various matters pertaining to the OCC function in general such as Rate Sourcing, Procurement and Solution Design
• Direct the development and maintenance of databases with specific information to enable quick responses to specific network queries
• Increase and develop cooperation with M&S, provide OFR product expertise directly and via other OFR functions to enable growth of profitable business for DGF
• Build and secure business relationships with customers
