Foreman Roofing

Description:

• Exterior finish carpentry building architectural wall systems, weather proofing, on commercial new builds. Primarily working with ACM panels but may also by working with foam, wood, zinc, copper, terra cotta and stone panels.
• Will be working in heights installing the ACM paneling system on the side of buildings on a swing stage using an impact drill kit. Weather proofing the construction site, construction clean up and material organizing.
• Experienced professional in the roofing industry specializing in metal roofing systems, such as installation of metal roofs, wall panels, metal roof flashing. They inspect roofs to assess the condition, identify issues, and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and using safety equipment to prevent accidents. Understanding and working from architectural plans and drawings to accurately install roofing systems. Cutting, shaping, and welding metal sheets to fit the roof structure.
• Applying sealants and waterproofing materials to prevent leaks.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and ensuring the roofing system is weatherproof and durable.
• Collaborating with other construction professionals, such as contractors and builders, to complete roofing projects. Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during installation, such as leaks or structural problems. Operating a variety of tools and equipment, including power tools and welding machines. Communicating with clients to provide information, updates, and recommendations.
