As the Food Truck Manager at Alien Burger, you will be the key leader responsible for overseeing the overall operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. Your leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills will play a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience for our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to the management team and staff, fostering a positive work culture and inspiring excellence in service.
- Ensure that all guests receive outstanding service, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to exceed their expectations.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth service flow.
- Recruit, hire, and train new employees, conducting performance evaluations, and managing staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and optimal productivity.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety and operational excellence, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance and top-notch performance.
- Analyze financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements, to track restaurant performance, manage food cost, and minimize wastage.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies, to avoid stock shortages and minimize wastage.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional activities, and marketing initiatives to drive customer traffic and increase revenue.
- Strategically engineer the menu to optimize profitability and customer appeal, encouraging upselling to increase the average order value.
- Measure and improve customer satisfaction levels for both dine-in and delivery experiences through proactive measures and service enhancements.
- Stay updated with market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, making data-driven decisions to enhance the restaurants competitiveness.
- Demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving skills in handling day-to-day operational challenges and making informed decisions for the restaurant.
- Encourage a culture of innovation and creativity among the team, exploring new ideas and unique approaches to elevate the restaurants offerings and guest experience.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and protection of all company assets, including equipment, facilities, and intellectual property.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role, with a track record of success in managing restaurant operations.
