- Be involved in the planning of promotions, beverage purchases and pricing under the supervision of the Outlet Manager and constantly be aware of the outlet’s cost of sale.
- Participate in the weekly supplies inventory and prepares store requisitions
- Supervise the daily operation under the set standards and as per the local regulations under the guidance of the Outlet Manager
- Inspect all areas daily before opening according to fixed standard checklist and ensures full adherence of the closing duties.
