• Prepare transportation tokens and coordinate with drivers and customers for pickup and delivery details
• Facilitate effective communication between customers, drivers, and internal systems
• Plan and organize fleet schedules, optimize routes, and monitor driver compliance with regulations
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and service schedules, monitor fuel consumption and improve efficiency
• Utilize fleet management software, analyze data, and collaborate with the team for optimization plans
