Our partner is a new and exciting femaleonly boutique fitness studio offering exceptional facilities and services within the burgeoning and fastpaced Riyadh fitness scene. Led by a highly successful entrepreneur we have been tasked to help find a Head Coach who will lead the team through opening and into maturation.

• Of exceptionally high personal fitness the Head Coach will also have experience in team management solid organisational skills and a basic understanding of bookkeeping to help support the back office function.
• The ability to communicate clearly and confidently is of paramount importance.
• The Head Coach will be required to work with the owner to set business and personal goals and deliver through training mentorship and the empowerment of her teammates.
• Alongside delivering smallgrouptraining classes and PT sessions herself there is the requirement to prepare the class schedule manage the team and ensure that all products and services are considered marketleading.
• A good understanding of how to use data to improve service class effectiveness and overall strategy would be appreciated.
