Fit Out Project Manager - Dar Al Riyadh

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage onsite construction activities for interior fitout projects ensuring adherence to project timelines budgets and quality standards.
• Responsible for collaborating with design and construction teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Responsible for regular inspections and quality checks to ensure the quality of all finishes and fit outs are executed as per the specifications and quality guidelines.
• Monitor project progress and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Responsible for maintaining good relations with clients and other stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment onsite promoting effective communication and teamwork.
• Provide clear direction and guidance to site personnel including subcontractors laborers and other team members.
• Ensure that all work is completed according to design budget and schedule and that any deviations are promptly addressed.
• Act as a point of contact for clients addressing their concerns and providing updates on project progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture.
• 10 years of relevant experience on Commercial Interior /Fit Out Projects.
• Project management experience. PMP certified will be preferred.
• Familiar with design and modeling (BIM) software
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
• Problemsolving mindset with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality results.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge and work with Microsoft office programs Word Power Point Excel.
