- Provide strategic direction to infrastructure and solutions implementation plans to ensure alignment to enterprise architecture and applicable standards.
- Ensure the design of IT solutions complies with standards and guidelines to meet set IT strategy and customer journeys.
- Ensure the implementation of a robust testing mechanism of new/ updated applications and provide the required clearance for roll-out based on testing to ensure alignment with IT strategy.
- Ensure the development of required training platform and end-user manual to facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Guide the planning and execution of quality assurance tests in order to maintain performance.
