- The incumbent shall be required to a variety of routine of specialized office activities in the
- assigned Fire Stations.
- Updates and maintains a variety of files, records, reports, Minutes of Meetings, documents of
- routine and specialized natur
- Shall be able to maintain proper filing of all incoming & outgoing Fire Station documents etc.
- Operates all office equipment (PC, typewriter, fax machine, etc...)
- Shall have expert knowledge on the use of MS. Office Software ( Word, Outlook, Excel,
- PowerPoint)
