Job Description
1. Conduct thorough assessments of buildings, facilities, and equipment to identify potential fire hazards.
2. Develop comprehensive fire safety plans, including evacuation procedures, firefighting strategies, and emergency response protocols.
3. Design fire protection systems such as fire alarms, sprinkler systems, smoke detectors, and suppression systems.
4. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with local fire codes and standards.
5. Perform risk assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of existing fire safety measures and recommend improvements as needed.
