Key Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
- Produce consolidated financial reports for the group.
- Enhance financial control for group reporting activities.
- Review and improve financial accounting processes and controls.
- Lead and develop the team.
- Prepare and review annual financial statements.
Essential Skills
- Qualified accountant (FCA/ACA or equivalent).
- Extensive experience in financial statement preparation.
- Previous group role experience.
- Strong audit management skills.
- Ability to influence at senior levels.
- Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Power BI (preferred).
- Knowledge of Elite 3E (desirable).
