Job Description

- Populate, update and ensure the completeness and accuracy of all relevant contract financial information and documentation in the company’s CRM system to make the contractual data available companywide.
- Billing, receipting and monitoring and updating of all invoices.
- Manage credit control responsibilities for assigned customers including follow ups on outstanding payment. Participate in restructurings where applicable.
- Assist Finance function with monthly receivables reconciliation.
- Periodic reporting on receivables and other portfolio data as required.
- Monitor, track and communicate in a timely manner all Contract Management critical date events.
- Responsible for establishing customer relationships and coordinating and actioning customer queries.
- Key liaison with internal customer stakeholders: Deals Team, Investor Services, Technical, Finance and Legal.
- Assist and support various departments on contract related queries where necessary.
