Scientific Education: Recent graduates in majors such as accounting, business administration, finance, economics, or any related financial major.
Basic Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, cost management, and investment and financing concepts.
Practical skills: The ability to use electronic accounting and spreadsheet programs such as Excel, and deal with financial content management systems.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong analytical and numerical skills, ability to think critically and make sound financial decisions.
