The Restoration Services Manager (RSM) is responsible for linking families and siblings of those at highest risk for involvement or injury by gun violence to family support specialists and sibling support The RSM oversees the services and resources for family and sibling support

Program Coordination

• Serves as a member of the leadership team, including the Resource Navigation Manager, Community Support Team Manager, Street Team Manager, Data and Communications Manager, and Hospital Based Interventionist in order to ensure a comprehensive plan for the entire family
  

• In coordination with the hospital-based interventionist and Resource Navigation Manager, ensure families receive an assignment to a Family Support Specialist
  

• Ensure referrals to intensive wrap-around partner services for eligible younger siblings
  

Staff Support

• Alongside HR Director, coordinate and facilitate hiring, onboarding, conducting regular evaluations, coaching, and ongoing training
  

• Set clear, attainable goals with Family Support Specialists and hold performance reviews, encouraging learning and educational opportunities, both professionally and personally
  

• Conduct consistent (weekly or bi-monthly) one-on-one supervisions with Family Support Specialists to review participant service plans, barriers to attaining goals, and successes as well as professional development opportunities for staff
  

• Ensure case notes, strength and needs assessments, and other files are completed by Family Support Specialists
  

• Identify patterns in data collection to Contract Manager for follow up trainings for data integrity
  

• Facilitate weekly team meetings and ensure notes are taken
  

• Coordinate overall staffing plans and program leaves or vacation requests ensuring appropriate coverage for program
  

Family and Sibling Support

• Work in coordination with the Resource Navigation Manager and Family Support Specialists to support families impacted by gun violence
  

• Maintain rapport with participants and their families, as well as participate in meetings with families and Family Support Specialists as needed
  

• Facilitate de-escalation and conflict resolution for families as needed
  

• Via staff supervision, ensure family linkages to needed support and services
  

• Serve as a point of contact for young people, impacted families, and hospital based interventionists for any questions or rising concerns
  

Program Management

• Steer the implementation of best practices as identified in coordination with Executive Leadership
  

• Work with other Program Managers within CP to collaborate on best practices and identify means of collaboration as appropriate
  

• Oversee program deliverables and results
  

• Ensure compliance to regulatory and funder requirement
  

• Lead programmatic visioning and implementation of Align services and programming with community needs, client needs, and funder/contract expectations
  

• Submit on-time accurate reports required by funders and the Attend all funder and agency-required meetings and represent Community Passageways on panels, committees, and workgroups as needed
  

• Report to Executive Leadership to ensure program budget, data, and service compliance
  

• Prepare for internal and external audits
  

• Attend all required training, team meetings, and professional development opportunities

Essential Responsibilities Oversee a team that includes a screening and outreach coordinator and multiple case managers who work directly with clients to help them access resources because they are committing crimes, living in extreme poverty, are using drugs and may have mental health Set the direction and policy for harm reduction case management and other best practices (Motivational Interviewing, Trauma responsive care, Complex Healthcare Coordination), all grounded in addressing system racism, bias and stigma related to race, homelessness and behavioral health This program is grounded in jail diversion and operates to provide an alternative response to harmful and punitive criminal legal system responses (arrest, jail, court, prison and probation).
