• Responsible for building up training system, including materials
development, trainer team, assessment system, and management
regulation.
• Responsible for instore coaching for sales staff internal and external .
• Responsible for product launch training, including plan making, materials
developing, training executing, assessing, and using.
• Responsible for (field force) FF team skill training/ exercising, including new
employee NEO, and skill development training.
• Responsible for client training, including new product expending, key store
expending training, and outsourcing shop staff training.
• Responsible for team experience imparting, including excellent FF
experience, collecting stories and cases to build up case study organization.
• Responsible for promoter performance, including low performer analysis and
improvement plan, promoter focus model improvement and achievement.
• Responsible for supporting/ organizing motivation event & dealer events
• Responsible for team building and support RM to build up the team and
solve core issues.
Qualification:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
• Driving license is a must
Experience:
• Minimum 2 Years experience in the smartphone industry field
• Minimum 2 Years as a field trainer
