Field Sales Executive - SaaS Product

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Managerial Functions:

Plan, organize, execute and continuously improve department initiatives that align with our company strategy and key performance

Demonstrates critical thinking and problem solving to consistently and efficiently make reliable business

Responsible for department budget and effective utilization of resources by providing direction to achieve maximum

Responsible for performance management (candid evaluations, constructive feedback, career development, ) of all direct reports and maintains accountability for entire team throughout the

Production Planning:

Creates and maintains an achievable logistics production plan to support strategic customer service and financial

Works closely with S&OP to evaluate, monitor and take action to maintain a production schedule and

Works closely with other departments to monitor and take action when needed to keep replenishment plans

Creates and maintains a material requirements plan within the production departments to meet the logistics

Collaborates with Logistics, forecasting and manufacturing to determine project and resource

Identifies resources and capacity

Raw Material Planning:

Procure raw materials and creates manufactured orders to support production requirements and desired inventory

Works with Purchasing to negotiate inventory

Resolves day to day issues concerning scheduling, quality and delivery

Maintains the system parameters and utilizes software tools to efficiently execute the planning

Manages excess and obsolete

Strives to increase flexibility within the manufacturing environment in order to meet distribution

ECN Implementation:

Works concurrently with other departments and core teams on new product development

Coordinates the release of Engineering Change Notices to ensure a successful implementation within the production

Measurements:

Provides detailed measurements to support company goals and

Utilizes the measurements to track progress in achieving company

Owner of production reports that may be requires weekly or as needed to support business decisions and

System / Training:

Works with the BUS department on SAP related issues while striving for continuous

Utilizes the production tools supported by the organization to achieve outstanding schedule performance

Safety:

Performs all job functions is a safe manner and maintains safety

Reports known accidents, injuries and unsafe practices and/or conditions to

Requirements

1. A Bachelor s Degree in Production Operations or related
   
2. A minimum of 8 years of planning
   
3. APICS, CPIM, or CIRM certification is
   
4. Excellent verbal, written and public speaking
   
5. Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and
