Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role in the plantation sector, such as Plantation Manager, Assistant Manager, Agriculture Operations Officer, Field Supervisor, or Estate Administrator.
- Familiarity with plantation operations, preferably in oil palm.
- Comfortable using technology and able to pick up new software quickly.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Proficiency in English and Malay is required. Proficiency in additional languages commonly spoken by foreign plantation workers is a plus.
- Ability to craft clear and comprehensive reports.
- Willingness to travel to different plantation sites as needed.
