- Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Petroleum Engineering or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant working experience in a similar position.
- Experience in an oil and gas services company is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of Wireline, Well Testing, and Wellhead Services operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Strong commitment to safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Willingness to work in challenging environments and adapt to a flexible schedule.
- Excellent communication skills, able to conduct meetings with a large number of attendees.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and reading ability and oral understanding of English.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
