Main Duties include-Pull loads, separate out the loads, go to the stores, work their product in the stores, merchandise, and use a hand held.
Follow procedures and good business practices that will enable your route to grow to potential.
Work closely with customers and support all sales initiatives to achieve expectations.
Responsible for customer development with regard to ordering, merchandising, and display opportunities.
Call on assigned accounts and store management to maintain relationships and solve customer issues.
Maintain appropriate product levels in the bread aisle and display locations throughout the account, promoting growth.
Responsible for route operational activity, including ordering and distribution, merchandising, promotional activity, holiday planning, and meeting customer expectations.
Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
1-3 years sales experience.
DSD experience a plus.
