Qualifications:
* +5 years experience in hospitality management and/or camp operations
* Able to effectively manage fluctuating workloads and set priorities to meet deadlines
* Work independently and/or function in a team environment, concentrating on team goals and objectives
* Ability to lead, motivate, coach, and teach others
* Able to coordinate and maintain project management framework
* Write clear and concise reports
* Strong communication, organizational, time-management and decision-making skills
* Have good working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
* Class 5 Drivers license or equivalent
Key Stakeholders:
* Reports directly to Group Lead, Field Accommodations
* Liaison with FA Coordinators, WRE Reservations Team, WRE Travel, Recreation & Engagement Coordinators, WRE Data Analytics, WRE Scheduler, Service Providers, Clients, Health & Wellness, and Regulatory/Compliance.
