Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a wellestablished business group based in Abu Dhabi. They are looking to hire a Factory Manager for their Electrical / Lighting Manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi. As the Factory Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the overall production and operations of our electrical/lighting manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi. This role involves strategic planning efficient resource utilization cost management and ensuring the highest standards of product quality.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and delivery schedules.
Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Supervise daytoday operations to meet production targets and deadlines.
Implement and maintain best practices for safety cleanliness and organization within the factory.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline crossfunctional processes.
Monitor and control production costs to maximize profitability.
Identify areas for cost reduction and implement costsaving initiatives.
Work closely with the finance team to manage budgetary requirements.
Analyze financial data to assess the factorys performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop strategies to improve profit margins while maintaining product quality.
Collaborate with senior management to formulate business strategies.
Lead and motivate a diverse team of production and operational staff.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for professional development.
Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering Operations Management or a related field.
Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment preferably in the electrical/lighting industry.
Strong understanding of production processes quality control and supply chain management.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Solid financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and analyze financial data.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
