Facility Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Facility Specialist performs many maintenance, safety, and management tasks that promote a clean and safe working environment for the Rig Technologies employees, including:

Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities under Rig Technologies – i.e., North Aftermarket, Central Office, DRM facility, and the Aftermarket Spare Parts Office & Warehouse.

Coordinate with external parties regarding the Facilities' Service, such as delegating or monitoring maintenance orders.

Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of the interior and exterior areas, such as offices, parking lots, warehouses, and yard spaces.

Responsible for the delivery of all planned and reactive tasks in accordance with the Service Level Specification requirements.

Planning and coordinating infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules and activities.
