Job Description

- Schedule and monitor the installation and maintenance of air conditioning, landscaping, lighting, plumbing, electrical power supplies, and other main services to all areas.
- Ensure policies and procedures are in place to deal with emergencies such as blackouts and shutdown in an effective manner.
- Undertake proper measures to establish systems to reduce the utilities’ cost. Analyse utilities bills and release payments Suggest initiatives for energy saving and cutting cost.
- Facility Maintenance Contracts. Monitor sub-contractors’ contracts, evaluate outsource service providers in terms of quality, speed, response rate, accuracy of work done, and offered financial charges.
