Facilities Electrical Supervisor

The Electrical Facilities Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision and maintenance of all electrical systems and equipment within the Facilities Department. This includes everything from lighting and power systems to HVAC and security systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and experience with a variety of electrical systems and equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervising and coordinating the work of electrical technicians and contractors
Inspect and maintain electrical systems and equipment to ensure proper operation and safety
Analyze and repair electrical problems
Conduct safety inspections and training
Prepare and maintain electrical records
Managing budgets and electrical inventory
Required profile of candidates
Diploma in Electrical Engineering
4-6 years of experience in facilities management in the UAE
Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and experience with a variety of electrical systems and equipment
Excellent communication and communication skills
